Have you ever wanted to learn more about Christianity, God, and Scripture so that you could grow in discernment and be knowledgeable when others ask you about what you believe? Have you ever wanted to take a Bible College or Seminary class that would give you an opportunity to interact and ask deep questions without needing to move away? With culture shifting so rapidly around us, do you have people that you still want to reach in the time that you are here?

At EPBC this fall, we are excited about having the privilege of offering:

Christian Theology I (3 Credits)

Classes will be in person (appropriately physically distanced) at EPBC over four Fri-Sat Sessions:

Sep 18-19 (Fri evening 7-9pm, Sat 8:30am-5:30pm [inclusive of lunch and coffee breaks])

Oct 9-10 (Fri evening 7-9pm, Sat 8:30am-5:30pm)

Oct 30-31 (Fri evening 7-9pm, Sat 8:30am-5:30pm)

Nov 20-21 (Fri evening 7-9pm, Sat 8:30am-5:30pm)

Dec 5 (Sat morning)

(If developments were to necessitate a change from learning in person, we would continue -- for the duration needed -- via Zoom.)

Friends are welcome!

The course can be taken at either the Bible College (undergraduate/Bachelors) or the Seminary (graduate/Masters) level. It can be taken for credit or audit (as an offsite class of the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary and College of Cochrane, Alberta). As these classes are ATS/ABHE/Province of Alberta accredited, there is a student fee.

Topics Covered: God’s Revelation (Scripture), The Nature of God, The Activity of God in the World (including Calvinism and Arminianism and the Problem of Pain, Suffering, and Evil), The Nature of Humanity, The Nature of Christ (as well as related subtopics).

We are really hoping that this will enable us to grow as believers for the sake of His Kingdom.
